The AIRSWEB™ Proactive Safety System (PASS) provides the foundation upon which a proactive approach to improving workplace health and safety is built.

The PASS format is designed to heighten safety awareness throughout the organisation and to promote an inclusive, sustainable positive safety culture by means of an easy to use, transparent safety management system that will monitor all aspects of safety performance and measure the effectiveness of an organisation's health and safety policy.

PASS randomly generates observation requests and automatically assigns them, via e-mail, to randomly selected employees. The system is programmed to ensure a complete cycle of observations within a defined period of time, and to evenly distribute observations among employees.
