1. Exit motorway at junction 7.

2. Take the 'A57 Prescot and Rainhill' exit from the roundabout.  If you are travelling east on the M62 motorway (towards Manchester) this is the first exit, otherwise if you are travelling west (towards Liverpool) this is the fourth exit.

3. After approximately 400 yards, take the first left after the Texaco Petrol Station into 'Mill Lane'.

4. Proceed along Mill Lane, through the speed restrictions.

5. Take the road on the right sign posted 'View Road'.

6. 'Rockland House' is the sixth entrance in the wall on the right (approximately 400 yards along View Road).  Car parking can be found in front of the building.
